BREAKING: Trump Announces Energy Ceasefire—Only HE Knows About It?

Thank You for Standing With Ukraine
https://ukrainesupportbridge.com/

Donald Trump announced an immediate energy ceasefire between Russia and Ukraine, claiming both sides had already agreed. But President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says Ukraine was unaware of any such agreement, while a Russian State Duma energy official also says he knows nothing about it. So what exactly did Trump announce—and where is the agreement?

In this urgent October 11 update, Greg Terry examines Trump's declaration, Zelenskyy's response, and reports of continuing Russian drone strikes and air alerts across Ukraine. Zelenskyy makes clear that Ukraine is prepared to reciprocate if Russia stops attacking Ukrainian energy infrastructure. But supporting a proposed ceasefire is not the same as confirming an agreement already exists.

Zelenskyy also responds directly to pressure from Trump and Elon Musk, challenges demands for Ukrainian elections during wartime, and says a 60-day total ceasefire would allow Ukraine to organize a vote. He argues that it is easier for critics to pressure Ukraine than to stop Vladimir Putin. Greg examines the timing of Trump's statement, the continuing attacks, and the sharp contradiction between a proclaimed ceasefire and the responses from Kyiv and Moscow.

The central question is accountability: Can Washington announce peace without a verified agreement from the countries actually fighting the war? Greg separates the reported statements from his analysis as this breaking story unfolds.
