This morning, Russia has fired attack drones less than 1km from Poland’s border crossing as NATO fighter jets scramble to intercept possible strikes. Alerts have been issued as forces remain on high alert. Meanwhile, Poland has declared that it’s preparing for war with Putin and says that they know he’s “plotting” an attack on their territory — which has caused Polish border forces to be deployed with body armor and helmets (and we have more details on that). Meanwhile, the highly-anticipated Russian sanctions bill has passed Congress and is now headed to the Presidents desk to be signed into law as the Kremlin reacts with brand-new threats against U.S. forces. And we have also seen massive attacks on Russia’s major Rostov airfield damaging several military aircraft in huge explosions, and the destruction of the Yaroslavl oil refinery along with several other major hits.

"The Voice of Germany" 2022

The midterms are about 50 days away, and Democrats continue to search for ways to gain back control of the House and Senate. Their answer may come from the conflict in Iran.

Iran is most likely planning an October surprise of their own to shock Americans and hurt Republicans in the November elections.

Democrats are all for it. But will that surprise be enough to give Democrats control of Congress until the end of Trump’s second term?

Newly released U.S. Air Force footage reveals the extraordinary combat rescue operation launched after the F-15E Strike Eagle DUDE 44 was shot down over Iran. Former F-15E Strike Eagle and Thunderbird pilot Max Afterburner breaks down the footage, the damaged parachute, combat search-and-rescue operation, Pararescue response and the enormous U.S. military network required to recover an isolated aircrew from hostile territory.

Plus, we cover today's escalating Saudi Arabia-Houthi conflict after Saudi officials declared Mecca a “red line,” the latest Iran and Strait of Hormuz developments, America's unprecedented public acknowledgement of weapons deployed in orbit, China's response, and why the supposedly retired F-117 Nighthawk is still flying decades after entering service.

The Kremlin relies on endless human-wave tactics to sustain the front line, structural logistics failures, command vulnerabilities, and targeted Ukrainian strikes continue to undermine Russia’s long-term war effort.

In this video, former Commanding General of US Army Europe Lt. Gen. Ben Hodges breaks down why Russia's willingness to absorb massive casualties cannot offset the fundamental strategic vulnerabilities of Vladimir Putin's invasion.

This isn't just a Saudi Arabia problem

So the Houthis just shot down a Saudi F-15 over northern Yemen, which is a bit of a problem. See the Houthis are on a tear right now. They’re digging in and solidifying their gains around the Bab-al-Mandeb strait, the Saudi backed Yemeni forces all but faded away, and Saudi Arabia’s partners, like the US, are showing no interest in getting involved.
I can hear the argument that this sounds like a Saudi Arabia problem and to a degree it certainly is. Bigger picture though is the direct effect this has on the global energy markets and international shipping.
